Timefolk's legal entity in the UAE

Prompt Information Technology Services L.L.C, Dubai (Dubai commercial licence No. 517175, issued by the Department of Economy and Tourism) is the UAE legal entity for Timefolk. It operates the Timefolk brand in the United Arab Emirates, including operations, payment services, marketing and distribution, under agreement with Timefolk, Inc.

The Timefolk platform, website, apps, brand, member accounts and data are owned and run by Timefolk, Inc. Timefolk is a trademark of Timefolk, Inc., used in the UAE under this arrangement.

What Prompt does

Payment services: collecting payments in UAE dirhams from members in the UAE through UAE banks and licensed payment service providers, issuing tax invoices, and handling refunds and payouts in the UAE.

Local operations: member and host support in the UAE, local venue and partner coordination, and compliance with UAE tax and consumer rules.

Marketing and distribution: UAE market entry and strategy, digital and offline marketing, brand promotion and customer acquisition, distribution and channel partner development, regional distribution, e-commerce and marketplace promotion.

Sales and partnerships: sales and business development, and corporate and B2B partnerships in the UAE.

Resources in the UAE: until further notice, any resources Timefolk needs in the UAE, including people, vendors, premises, equipment and local services, are arranged and managed by Prompt on Timefolk's behalf.

Banking: holding the UAE bank and payment accounts used to collect and settle Timefolk payments made in the UAE.

Scope and limits

UAE only. Outside the UAE and India, Timefolk is operated directly by Timefolk, Inc.

Prompt acts for Timefolk only for the operations, payment, marketing and distribution services described here. Identity verification, safety tools and trust decisions stay with the Timefolk platform, under Timefolk's published policies.

Prompt operates in line with UAE law, including its Dubai trade licence, the VAT law (Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017), the Central Bank of the UAE rules on retail payment services, the Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020), the law on modern technology-based trade (Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023) and the Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), and with Timefolk's policies and brand standards. All marketing uses Timefolk's approved brand materials and messaging.

Payments made in the UAE

Prices are shown before you book and include applicable taxes. Where a booking made in the UAE is paid through Prompt's UAE payment channel, your bank statement and tax invoice name Prompt Information Technology Services LLC, for the Timefolk brand.

Cancellations, refunds and disputes follow the Cancellation, No-shows and Refunds policy and the Payments and Payouts policy, whichever channel you paid through.
