Prohibited Activities

What is never allowed, and what gets an account removed.

Sexual and romantic services

Timefolk is not a dating, matchmaking or escort service. Offering, requesting or implying sexual, romantic or intimate services, or using sessions to arrange them, is prohibited and results in permanent removal and, where appropriate, a report to authorities.

Private locations

Sessions may not take place in private homes, hotel rooms, vehicles or any location that is not an approved public venue. Moving a session to a private location, or offering to, is prohibited.

Regulated advice and services

Legal, medical, financial, investment, tax, therapy, counselling, immigration or any advice or service that requires a licence or registration is prohibited in the current version of Timefolk, even if the host holds such a licence.

Other prohibited conduct

Off-platform payment or contact-detail exchange before a session; alcohol- or drug-centred sessions; anything involving a person under 18; harassment, threats, discrimination; recording another person without consent; using Timefolk to sell goods, recruit, or promote multi-level schemes; impersonation or false credentials.

Enforcement

Violations lead to warnings, suspension or removal under the Community Standards, with an appeal route for consequential decisions. Serious safety allegations are reviewed by a person before any permanent action.
