Partner (Affiliate) Terms

For agencies and creators promoting Timefolk at scale.

Joining

Apply from the Partners page. We review within 2 working days. Approved partners get a negotiated rate (up to 20% of each completed booking their referrals take part in), a tracking link with sub-IDs, a dashboard, CSV export and a read-only stats API.

Rates, attribution and payouts follow the Refer & Earn policy unless your approval email says otherwise. Partners are still one level: you earn on people you bring, never on people they bring.

Attribution

Last click wins, with a 30-day window, stored on the visitor's device. Sign-ups made with your code in the form are attributed to you regardless of clicks. We do not track people across other sites.

Promotion rules

Allowed: your own content, newsletters, communities, paid social and search on generic terms, comparison and review sites, with clear disclosure that you may earn from links.

Not allowed: brand bidding on "Timefolk" or misspellings, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, incentivised sign-ups, adult, dating or escort placements, claims about safety or earnings we have not published, and anything that breaks our Community Standards.

Payouts and reporting

Monthly, per currency, once available earnings exceed the minimum (USD 50 or equivalent). You receive a statement; if you invoice us, invoice the statement amount. Discrepancies must be raised within 60 days.

We can end the partnership with 30 days' notice, or immediately for rule breaches; earned amounts up to that date are paid.
