What to do in an emergency, and what Timefolk can and cannot do.

If you are in danger

Leave. Call your local emergency number. Timefolk cannot dispatch police, medical or any emergency service, and cannot reach you faster than they can.

The app shows the emergency number for the city of your booking on every booking screen.

What Timefolk can do

Receive your report from any booking screen; serious safety reports are read by a person and acknowledged quickly. Share the plan you chose to share with your trusted contact. Preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities under the Law Enforcement Guidelines.

What Timefolk cannot do

Guarantee anyone's conduct or your personal safety, track your live location, or intervene in person. Identity verification confirms who someone is; it does not predict behaviour.
